The Texas Forest Country Partnership (TFCP), established in 1960, is a non-profit organization serving a 12-county area in Deep East Texas. Our mission is to coordinate and enhance economic development efforts across the region by creating and implementing programs designed to attract, retain, and expand businesses and industries, thereby generating and preserving jobs.
We aim to make the 12-county region more attractive by facilitating the exchange of economic development information with local, regional, state, national, and international entities and agencies.
Our commitment is to boost the economic prosperity and quality of life in the region through focused efforts in marketing, business development, and advocacy. We specifically target sectors such as Advanced Manufacturing, Forest and Wood Products, Healthcare, and Tourism.
